I would not recommend this company to anyone - They are shady. They came out and installed our sprinkler system about 2 season ago. While installing, they ended up cutting all 4 of my bubblers without even looking, which I had let it go. 🙁 Now 2 season in, I currently have one area which the hose is becoming unearthed since it was not done properly, also I currently have 2 leaks in the line. This company is wonderful. I set up a service call, they gave me a window of time and even text me when there 20 minutes out. Very professional, did exactly what I wanted, great company to work with. Highly recommended!

BEWARE of this company, especially Roger. We had an appointment today for turn on and installation of a $600 fertilizer systems. Appointment was for 8 am, technician was sent to wrong address and told us by phone to reschedule the appointment. After calling the office, the time was changed to 1-4 and they arrived at 4:15. Tech was rude, arrogant and a lier. We are having a driveway installed and I was told by Roger that they would return when the driveway was done. I purchased a system through water works, they got all permits and called Julie to mark lines and it went flawlessly. It was installed yesterday and every ran like a well oiled machine. The woman in the office were very helpful. I got the WiFi and my wife loves it!
Let me start off by saying if I could give Water Works more than just 5 stars, I would! My Installation was professional, communication was timely and informative. I prefer to go with family operated businesses when I can. I couldn't have asked for a better family/group of people to Install our system. Follow up was quick. Ensuring all questions were answered in an understanding way. I would recommend them to family and friends anytime!
Just had an install done. From start to finish it was great. They took care of everything from permit to the plumber.
