Six+ months later and this has not been addressed or resolved. Hazel (Co-Owner) took my calls for a week, and then stopped answering all together. She kept saying "but we have to handle this paying customer"...but they trespassed, broke my hot tub, and I had to pay another company $200 to fix this. The company services my neighbors, not me. They came onto my property, broke something (not a big deal, accidents happen), but never addressed the issue.
This was once a good company. They will not return calls now, and if they have your credit card number they will make unauthorized charges.
Forgot to winterize my system. Called WWG and they came within a few hours and got it done!
On time as scheduled!
