Recently bought a new house with sprinklers already installed from waterworks group and I have not been able to get anyone to my house for service (they are not currently working). Was able to get in touch with someone 1 time and we scheduled an appointment for later that week, I took off from work, no one ever showed up or called. Had a broken line in my sprinkler system came promptly the same day to fix it tech were professional and courteous
Echo all the negative feedback from others regarding their billing system. Their billing system is literally broken in the recent year or two. They did not have record that they already charged my account for "contract". When I called to schedule service, I was requested to show them my bank statement to prove that I paid them before! They charged the same service repeatedly. No invoice. Never able to get explanation from them. They promised to call back later the day (which never happened) and ignored e-mail inquiry.
Like several other reviewers have mentioned, we’ve unfortunately had a similar disappointing experience this year—despite being long-time customers with mostly positive interactions in the past.
