Feels like there's a carwash on every corner now, but this carwash is DEFINITELY the easiest on your vehicle. I haven't noticed any swirl marks which is amazing for how long your vehicle is in that tunnel. 2019 volkswagen with 364,000 miles, passengers are always amazed at how new the car looks. I tell them it helps that the best carwash in town is less than 5 minutes from home. Maria and Mike are always holding down the fort! Super nice humans running the best carwash in town!

Came for a car wash and stayed because of the people. Water Works Express in New Braunfels is hands down the best car wash experience I’ve had! Mike, the manager, is incredibly friendly and welcoming. He greets guests personally and even hands out towels, which is such a thoughtful touch.
