Lots of loyal customers due to location but maybe invest in your equipment? Touchless bays are often broken or not working correctly. The right hand bay always leaves soap all over my car. Sure I can complain and they will let me run through again but it just leaves more soap on my car. I would definitely go somewhere else if there was a closer option.
Since this is the closest car wash to where I live I would like to have some confidence on them. But now I officially give up. The competition is definitely better at cleaning cars. Also, what's with the two guys prepping... What they are doing is useless
I'm usually not the one to complain but we got the deal where you get the first month for 4.95. Not only did it not explain that it is NOT 24 hours, I showed up at 8 o clock one night and found out they actually close the express lands at 8. Then I finally make the time to get there before 8, I get to the screen and the buttons wouldn't work. Whenever I’m not washing my car by hand, this is my go-to spot! The touchless wash is great, especially for getting all the salt off my vehicle. It’s super convenient, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Plus, the pricing is more than fair for the quality of the wash. Highly recommend!
