Used to be a pretty good place but the employees do below bare minimum when it comes to a quick was with the scrub brush on your vehicle. Can't even be bothered to spray the tires when you pay for it. You purchase an "ultimate wash" and get a below subpar wash.
Below average wash quality. Equipment seems old and outdated. Leaves a fair amount of soap on car. Service people are nice.
My car really needed to be vacuumed. We used the touchless wash, and it rinsed but didn’t really clean. The free vacuum had almost no suction. It wouldn’t pick up a hair off the leather seats or a tiny leaf off the plastic floor mats. You can insert money in the vacuum, maybe you have to pay. We’re going to find a different car wash today.
This car wash is terrible, from the entrance and exit to the service. It’s the closest car wash so I gave it many attempts, but this last time was the worse. I still had blue washing fluid on my vehicle. In addition, the dryer is horrible with no area to wipe down your vehicle and my tires looked as if no water touched them.
Update: First day above freezing and they can't be bothered to put out fresh buckets of tire wash and some brushes? Zero effort for their loyal customers as always. Lots of loyal customers due to location but maybe invest in your equipment? Touchless bays are often broken or not working correctly. The right hand bay always leaves soap all over my car. Sure I can complain and they will let me run through again but it just leaves more soap on my car. I would definitely go somewhere else if there was a closer option.
