The automatic touch free is ok. There is no wheel scrubber and drying cycle is too short...the monthly plan is a good deal.
I was happy to find this place with mamy positive reviews, but i am disappointed by the results. I paid for the $14 touchless wash and my car looks almost exactly the same as it did before. Not a spec of dirt gone.
Water Works Catonsville used to be my go-to after class, but quality has dropped. The tri-color foam is weak, and soaps often run out and don’t get refilled for days. The touch-free wash needs maintenance—a bird even pooped on my car while drying because of a nest inside. The self-serve bays are great, and staff is friendly, but the membership sticker they put on is a pain to remove. Disappointed lately.
Only issue is inconsiderate people wiping cars down holding up the wash bays while people are waiting
