My mom bought a car from here back in March. We have not gotten my license plates yet and the title for it. The guy she got it from never answered her back. I live in Pleasanton. I work for pizza hut as a driver. This is affecting my whole job of not having a license plates and the title. I give this place no stars that's what it deserves

Drove 14 minutes across town to wash my car and they had cars all in the vacuum slots where you couldn't vacuum your car after washing it... They're running a car lot too so you might pull up and not even get a bay to wash it in but you damn sure can't vacuum it... Now driving 3 mi away so I can vacuum my car... What a waste of time...

I bought a vehicle from there and he said he would deliver the title next week and he never does still waiting and he checks his messages but never responds to them...

I used to rate this place a 5 star. I visited tonight and not only was the coin machine not working. The soap brush didn't work and I paid $1.25 to just get my car wet.... geez.
