We had Waterworks do work in two bathrooms. In one they replaced the tub with walk in shower. Workmanship was excellent. Communication was good.Extremely happy with result
Tanis and Nick managed and performed my bathroom reno professionally. Throughout the process they were reliable and dependable as well as courteous. Nick showed up every day and put in in a good days work. Nick's work was meticulous and the results were beyond expectations. Outstanding Work, Highly Recommended! They did a wonderful job remodeling our small bathroom. The team was professional, always checked with us before making any decisions, and stayed true to the original design. Super clean, well-organized, and a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Tanis and Warren were great to deal with! Super fast response and so helpful! The bathtub looks stunning. We had a bunch of Reno’s done in our home by different people and the bathroom for sure turned out the best. The attention to detail is apparent in their work and it was the most stress free experience. Would definitely recommend!
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! I thought this would be a great company to work with because they offered a better warranty than other companies I researched, had a great BBB rating and lots of positive reviews on Google. Unfortunately, this was far from my experience. Warren and Tanis seemed really accommodating, professional, knowledgeable and happy to work with me - until they had my deposit in their bank account.
