Outstanding Work, Highly Recommended! They did a wonderful job remodeling our small bathroom. The team was professional, always checked with us before making any decisions, and stayed true to the original design. Super clean, well-organized, and a great experience from start to finish. Tanis and Warren were great to deal with! Super fast response and so helpful! The bathtub looks stunning. We had a bunch of Reno’s done in our home by different people and the bathroom for sure turned out the best. The attention to detail is apparent in their work and it was the most stress free experience. Would definitely recommend!
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! I thought this would be a great company to work with because they offered a better warranty than other companies I researched, had a great BBB rating and lots of positive reviews on Google. Unfortunately, this was far from my experience. Warren and Tanis seemed really accommodating, professional, knowledgeable and happy to work with me - until they had my deposit in their bank account. Water Works renovated our bathroom approximately 15 years ago. We were very pleased with the final reno and have had many compliments. However, the valve on the sink faucet was failing and not knowing how to repair it, took the faucet to Water Works. As it turns out, Cory (who was on the original reno team) was there and replaced the valve at no charge. While Cory was working on the valve, Tanis gave us tips on our houseplants. If you are looking to have your bathroom renovated, we highly recommend Water Works Renovations.
We had our tub area redone. We were very satisfied working with the company. The work was as contracted. The quality was high. The employees and owners of the company were very easy to work with.Although we thought the quote from Waterworks was high we found that quotes for much lesser jobs were as high. MKP
