My car derailed. Got stuck in their machine. And had to be towed out. Stay away. It has apparently happened to multiple people. Wouldn't give me and proper insurance information. However they got their machines back up and running within 2 days. However I'm still stuck with no vehicle. STAY AWAY!! Photos in comments.
The Manager that was in The AM was Rude and does not have really Great Customer service he wanted to Charge me $1.00 for each color towel and said everything is going to change next Year. The other Manager were Always been great caring and helpful but not him I am thinking in canceling my monthly pass

I've been coming here for over a year now since I first moved to Kyle, today when I went to get my car washed while heading out of town for the weekend I waited for someone to start scrubbing before entering the automated wash area, finally I got out of my car to find someone and he said he was trying to figure out what the issue with the system was, proceeded to scrub my car and send me through.. this time however I heard a scratch noise about half way through the service, got out to dry my car and noticed a HUGE scratch on... read more
This îs the BEST auto car wash i have ever seen. And if you vacuum your interior the machines are free!
Very nice, friendly workers. I paid for the ultimate wash, and everything was great except they didn't clean my 3rd row seating area or the 3rd row floors.. Other than that, everything they did clean was done nicely. Only really bad thing was that they have a customer lobby area for waiting but it had no air conditioning. They had metal benches outside to sit on but it was 100° so I just stood outside.
