Customer service is not there anymore. New management and they're changing their service without letting customers know who have already have monthly memberships. I have cancel my membership will finish it but other than that will be looking for a new car wash
Came a few months ago and was disappointed with how dirty my car was after the wash, figured I’d give it another try, and when I left so much dirt was left on my vehicle! So mad that I paid double what I usually would for half the job.
Paid $25.00 for full service wash . Waited 20 minuets for manage come by and get my ticket and start cleaning! No one showed up wound up cleaning my windows and vacuumed my own truck! Customer service NOT . Sad to say wasted $$ . Very bad customer service!
RecommendedCar looks great.. they spent a lot of time cleaning the inside-even though they were very busy.
Best car wash in the Buda Kyle area! Worth every penny not to mention the great customer service!
Water spots on the vehicle. Brush marks all over the vehicles corners where it had trouble getting to. Only good part is decent free vacuums.
Your better off going to Patriot Car Wash. They do way better!
