TERRIBLE. Number one, you’d get a better car wash if you had a toddler do it. Number two, the owner is completely RUDE and disrespectful. When pulling in, i felt and heard a scrape. I asked the attendant what the noise was and if my rim was damaged - he said no you *should* be fine. When finished, there was a huge gouge in my rim. I went in to speak with the owner and he comes out and said “you have a scratch here, here, here and here” - just as rude as his attendant. I’ll take my business to a more professional car wash. I tried tor touchless wash on Christmas Day. My car didn’t get clean. It looks worse than before I took it through. Never again.
The touchless wash didnt clean my car at all. I came out with bird crap and dead bugs in all of the same spots as I went into the wash with.
Great customer service and best car wash around !
Not acceptable. :( I did call the owner and I know he's wonderful about getting back to me. When I have issues. But today has just been one hell of a day and I can't stand that the car wash didn't even *WASH* my car. :(
