Jim (septic inspection) and Anne (water testing) always do a great job for me and my real estate clients. Inspection and reports, including pictures, are thorough, timely, and reasonably priced. I have used them since 2009 to inspect septic systems and pull well water samples for testing. That's what they do. For the detractors complaining about well pump, pressure tank, and electrical issues, those inspections are not within their Scope of Work. Had Water Work (through my agent) inspect my well prior to purchase. They failed to give any documentation on the actual well. They failed to noticed faulty electrical work. The pressure tank was completely filled with water (waterlogged) and it was cycling every 15 seconds. I am not quite sure they did anything except for test the water. Now that I am checking reviews, I see they have missed these things previously.
