While it was difficult to get on the schedule for much-needed repairs and sprinkler replacements, it was worth the wait in getting a technician like Hugh. He went well above and beyond when it came to not only an explanation of what was being done, but offering tremendous tips on how to get the most out of our system. He is a true professional and represents WATER WIZARDS unbelievably well. This is definitely a company you want to do business with.
I have had an overall poor experience with Water Wizards. My landscape contractor selected them for my irrigation installation. They did not communicate with me at all until right before installation when they wanted a check from me. They didnt discuss anything with me regarding options or preferences. I had to threaten to stop the entire project to be able to discuss the contract and plan. After insisting on the communication multiple parts of the plan were updated.
