Unresponsive service I bought a hot tub from them May 2006. I paid an extra $1000 for a package including a stereo which you could hook up to an Ipod or cd player. The stereo worked fine with just the radio on, but it has never worked with the ipod or cd player. I have spoken with Joe who is very nice somewhere about 20 times in the last year. Professional Staff Had a wonderful pool season thanks to the staff at Water Wizard. They answered all my questions and by following all the advice they gave me I saved over $100 this season compared to 2004 even with the higher prices on chlorine. Would recommend them to everyone who has a pool or hot tub.
