Jim tested our water and made an honest evaluation. He explained the situation clearly and guided us toward making the right system purchase. He then installed the system in one day. It is set up professionally. All of the pipes are straight, it looks good and most important our water has never felt better or tasted better. They even come out when it's time to fill our salt tank. I never have to lift those heavy bags down the stairs anymore. I recommend Jim and Water Wizard very highly. Jeff Jenison, MI
Couldn’t have had a better experience. Jim was very straightforward with us about our water results and told us what we needed and explained why. The team was able to get our systems installed in one visit and now we have clean water in our house.
Super company! Very easy to work with. Install was smooth and happened quickly. We got a water softner and a RO system for under our sink. Highly recommend!
From the first call to the instal the customer service was top notch. Everything went extremely smooth so if your in need of a water softener system for your home don’t hesitate just call you won’t regret it.
Excellent products and service! Jim was fantastic in assessing the issue and quick to have it taken care of at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
