Water wizard is amazing. Jim the owner is very helpful and knowledgeable. He gets back with any questions very fast! We live in Jamestown and were told by the previous owners that stinky water was just part of living in Jamestown. Neighbors also said the same thing. Jim came out and installed a system to get rid of the sulfates in our water within a week of us calling him. The smell was gone that day! Worth every penny. The guy definitely knows his stuff and I recommend him to anyone!

I am not sure why we waited so long to get a RO system installed! Jim was quick with communication, explained things well, and was very competitively priced. I did quite a bit of research prior and felt really good about selecting Jim to install the system. He was timely, quickly installed, and explained instructions, checked in afterward to make sure everything was great and offers a filter change and check up service option annually. Our water tastes great! I'd highly recommend going with Jim and Water Wizard
