This was a massage unlike any I've experienced before. It was healing touch, energy work, deep attunement to my body, and led by intuition. I’ve been seeing Sarah in the last few weeks for Craniosacral therapy. Her approach involves bringing awareness to the issues during the session as well as continuing to be aware following the treatments. In this way, there is a long-term sustainable solution to the problems, and you have plenty of tools to address them while you are not in session. Sarah was probably the most intentional practitioner I’ve worked with in the last ten years. She read my intake form and asked follow up questions and also asked good questions through the work. Her home studio is on a beautiful and peaceful property that adds to the calm feeling after our work. Sarah also checked in the next day and appreciated her commitment to feedback and care.
