Water Wings Swim School is a year-round swim school for both children and adults. Owned and operated by Avi and Tracy Shafshak, we opened our first location in April 2003, in Las Vegas, Nevada. We currently have seven indoor facilities in Nevada, California and Idaho. The instructors are wonderful. It’s been a great experience!
So far it's been a good experience but we're only 2 classes in. They are very flexible and low stress. They have plenty of class times available during my available times, late morning, but fewer during my daughter's available schedule after 5pm. They allow the kids to free play in the kiddie pool which is 1' 6" deep before class and after. They have showers and changing rooms. The lessons are 30 min long and that seems to be fine. This school is great for Kids. The facility is maintained and clean. The instructor Connor is great with kids. He’s patient, hands on and makes swim lessons fun for our little one. We highly recommend Water Wings as a place to help your kids with swimming.
We love going to Water Wings! My son has made such quick progress and looks forward to his weekly lessons. He has had various instructors and they are all wonderful. They made him feel comfortable in the water while making it fun as well.
