Frustrated with the billing and refund policy. My kids will not be attending Water Wings Swim School due to a scheduling conflict with school. I reached out to request a refund, but was told they only offer class credit and will not refund the amount to my credit card. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, they’ve been unhelpful and inflexible. This policy feels unfair, especially when services haven’t been used. We’ve been taking our daughter her for swim lessons for the past 2 years and while the entire coaching staff is amazing, I’d like to personally recognize Coach Yuval in her attentiveness to my daughter. I’ve seen so much progress in my daughter’s abilities and overall confidence in just the last couple months since Coach Yuval became our coach. She’s the best!
My son Andrew has been attending swimming lessons at Water Wings GV with Coach Yuval. Coach Yuval has taken the time to understand my son’s unique personality and strengths. We have seen so much growth and confidence. Thanks to Coach Yuval and Water Wings for creating this space.
