I do not recommend this place , the water is nasty and they will take your money pretty much , dont believe them when they say your credits never expire, because they do or they lose them and now your out of your credit !! They're always canceling your appointment and making it inconvenient for the parent!

We love Water Wings we have been going since my grandchildren have been 5 months old . The staff are amazing especially Gabi . It is well run and my 2 grandchildren who are now 4 and 6 can swim like fishes.

I took my son, who has level 3 autism, to this place. He only had two classes in total. Today, they called me to remove my son from their school swimming lessons because my son has behaviors that are part of his condition and he's also nonverbal (I told them that it was a part of his condition, but they still said no). The next day, my son was supposed to be attending swimming lessons. I spoke with Gaby, and the truth is, her lack of empathy speaks so much about this place. Frustrated with the billing and refund policy. My kids will not be attending Water Wings Swim School due to a scheduling conflict with school. I reached out to request a refund, but was told they only offer class credit and will not refund the amount to my credit card. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, they’ve been unhelpful and inflexible. This policy feels unfair, especially when services haven’t been used.
