I was looking for a new mower to replace my 17 year old mower and was shopping around. After talking to water wheels and the respect and time I was given to answer all my questions I purchased a RebelX from them. I ran the mower for a couple of mowings and had an oil leak, so I contacted them and they took care of me very quickly. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a new mower. I couldn't be more pleased for the way I've been treated.
Horrible, the owner was very rude to me. Advertisers he has something in stock, so I message and confirm, then drive out there to find out it's not in stock, then he gets rude with me. I'll never buy anything from there.
Over priced. Went today for the Avenger 54’ & went to tractor supply and got the avenger 60’ for $500 cheaper. Also water wheel is not the financer so you will more than likely will hit a wall. They ripping arses out here
Went into this store and waited in line for a good twenty minutes or more while the salesman or owner was BSing with a guy that wasn’t even interested in anything they sold. Must of been friends. While my husband was interested in a mower he wanted. The salesman was just unprofessional..we won’t be buying from here. We will go somewhere else.
First time doing business with them. Would recommend they was very helpful and have good prices
