Before I bought my mower they took the time to come out and see if my lot was safe to mow with a Zero Turn. This was just John heard me talking about my lot and my wife being the one that would be mowing. After we agreed that it we were good I purchased the mower at my house. Anyplace else I would have bought one and been on my way, I thought it was pretty standup of them. Happy Customer, Duane
