Well I am like one of the other customers if a zero was available I would certainly marked it. I did some checking of the reviews before and it was 50-50 and what I thought would be helpful were the comments about getting the boat back when it was needed quickly. Horrible experience. Took it in for one thing and came back with several unrelated problems. The boat motor was basically ruined by them installing the wrong spark plugs and over adjusting the carburetor to cause it run too rich burning two of the cylinders. I made the mistake of taking it back to them and after paying $800 in cash the only form of payment they would accept, I put the boat in the water to find it was not fixed. I had a horrible experience. Took my boat in for one thing and got it back many new problems. He was only suppose to work on the rubber boots on the transom to keep it from taking on water. When I got it back the boat motor ran rough, grinding noise when changing gears, rattling when it got high in RPM's and had an oil leak. All which it did not have before taking it to them. I had Jason come to the house to fix my problem with my boat. I had a really bad experience with this other company that came out three times and still couldn't get it right. I explained to Jason what was going on with the boat and my frustration with the other company. He came out diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I was pleasantly surprised he was able to do what that other company couldn't do in three tries. He's a true professional and I would definitely recommend him.
