DO NOT use this company. The owner Trey is very unprofessional. His staff is not properly trained and when they make a mistake, he does not stand behind their work. Based on their incompetence, I had property damage. Trey did nothing to compensate me. Use any other company but this one, if you want the job done right.
Do not use this company! Our builder had a relationship with the owner Trey, so Water Technology installed our softener system. We had numerous issues with Trey and his communication, in addition to having to call and leave multiple messages before getting someone on the line to come service our unit and then NOT show up to TWO different appointments we had set. Courtney stayed open late on a Friday afternoon so I could purchase a UV lamp.
The ‘Wimberley Way’ in full display. Poor, very poor, communication. I highly advise going with a more reputable company.
