Water Systems & Pump Service Ltd is a locally owned and operated family business. We work all over King & Pierce County. We offer well pump troubleshooting, repair, new installations. Pretty much everything that has to do with a water well outside of a house. We are licensed Electrical & Plumbing Contractors. Ed Hohnstein started this company in 1980 prior to that he was part owner of another pump company in Auburn from 1968-1980 at Valley Supply Co-op in Auburn.

Great people but I would not recommend using them. They wanted 8,500 for the same service I got for 3,500. After tax it was 3,800. Do yourself a favor and get quotes before hand. I also got charged a couple hundred for looking at my system to determine the problem. My quote was directly over the phone!
Matt and Ed replaced a compression tank for us. They returned our phone calls, they showed up when they said they would, they did what they said they were going to do, they were friendly and professional, they cleaned up after themselves, and they gladly shared information. They even replaced a filter for us at no extra charge, even though that wasn't part of the original proposal. They didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. I'm really glad to have found them and happy to recommend them.
Water Systems & Pump Services provided us with outstanding service in upgrading our entire community well system. They were professional and helpful throughout the entire process, and were pleasant to interact with while here. They are extremely knowledgeable and described our options to us with transparency and detail. They replaced our aged submersible and booster pumps and installed an intellidrive system. They were prompt and responsive with reasonable costs. I highly recommend their service!

Cannot recommend Ed and Matt highly enough. I had some bad experiences with well and pump services, constantly being up-sold and not being able to understand enough to know if I was being sold something I didn't need or not. Ed and Matt gave me straightforward answers, plenty of options depending on what I wanted to spend, and installed a system that did everything I needed.
