Had them repack a cooling tower and do a full basin epoxy. Job came out great. Guys were on time, followed all safety protocol and clean jobsite. What I appreciated most was they documented everything with photos and gave us a clear report we could share with our management team. They're specialists, this is all they do, and it shows. Would recommend to anyone running a facility with towers.
Our towers had bad scale buildup that the chemical treatment couldn't touch anymore. These guys came out, took a look, and were straight with us about what needed to happen. Crew was professional, followed all our site safety requirements, kept their work area clean the entire time, and left everything in better shape than they found it. Chris kept us in the loop throughout and we got a detailed report with photos when they wrapped up. Solid team.
