Absolutely terrible service , very unprofessional will not be returning back to this location. As a person who works in customer service and hospitality, I will never spend another dollar at this establishment
Never answers the phone or text. Unable to successfully book an appointment in fear that this may be a scam of some sort. I’d never pay a business like this while the service is unresponsive. This is extremely unprofessional. I understand we’re all busy, so am I, but when a client is willing to spend their hard earned money they should be met with friendly, professional service. I’ll go elsewhere, no thanks!

Update on my review: I usually have good experiences here, but unfortunately my perspective changed today. I wasn’t able to make it to my appointment because a close friend of mine tragically passed away last night. After everything that happened, I tried reaching out by both phone and text to let someone know and reschedule my appointment. Unfortunately, no one answered or responded.
