I have been doing business with Water Street for almost 20 years. They have always been good to me. Very honest and give very fair prices. They provide great customer service and helped me out a lot throughout the years.
This shop is a scam and the owner is disrespectful. He lied multiple times about my car and hung up on me any time i called. Do not give your money to this shop! There is a Mobil gas station literally down the street. Go there instead. 😁
I’ve been a customer of Water St. Petroleum for the past three years, and they’ve always treated me with honesty and respect. Recently, I had an issue with my car. I first went to another shop near my work, and they wanted to charge me $700 to fix it. Instead, I decided to take it to my regular repair shop, Water St. Petroleum. Probably the single most unethical transaction I've experienced in over 20 years of car ownership. They charged me $340 for an AC recharge and the following day my AC was warm again. No consultation or conversation took place up front outside of a warning that "the freon my car takes is expensive".
