I’ve been a customer of Water St. Petroleum for the past three years, and they’ve always treated me with honesty and respect. Recently, I had an issue with my car. Probably the single most unethical transaction I've experienced in over 20 years of car ownership. They charged me $340 for an AC recharge and the following day my AC was warm again. No consultation or conversation took place up front outside of a warning that "the freon my car takes is expensive".
