Literally condones and allows the use of drugs while receiving methadone which contributes to a higher overdose rate , I think they should educate themselves instead of screaming at concerned persons . Serious abuse of the system as well .
The show of favoritism by the staff is outright appalling, they have no care for how they treat people or how it affects people's mental health, nice to some and unbelievably rude to others. Some are just outright bullies. The Pharmacy in the clinic is great though!
unfortunately I had to use their services, however this is an excellent place. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Continually going above and beyond my expectations. They are always happy to help no matter what the situation. if I was to recommend anyone to go for addiction services or mental healthcare in Simcoe this is the place I would recommend for the addictions treatment program.
The staff here are amazing! Mary is always so helpful and friendly and Dr. Holmes would always stay late and do everything to help the patients, everyone working here is great, miss this place, it's helped me through some of my lowest points and will continue helping so many other people.
