I called Water Solutions when I noticed our sump pump was failing. I found Water Solutions online with the “Best in Omaha” seal. I called them and within the hour they were at our home investigating the situation. They laid out the problem for us and made their suggestions. They were fast, efficient and very professional. I just demolished my basement in preparation for an entire remodel. After the old paneling was down I discovered that the drainage system attached to the sump pump wasn’t working as well as it should have. Several areas had water accumulated along the floor and the utility room showed signs of water on the lower portion of the block walls. Had Water Solutions replace our old sump pit and put in a new sump pump setup after noticing our existing system wasn't operating correctly and was looking pretty rough. They also ran a new discharge pipe and buried it outside away from the house. The crew was easy to work with and took the time to answer my questions without making things complicated. Everything looks a lot cleaner and more professionally done now. Feels good knowing the basement is better protected moving forward.
