Ive had this company out to my house on 3 separate occasions. First, to check out and evaluate our system after we bought our house 4 years ago. Two, when our Salt container switch was locked open and needed replacement (wasting 200#s of Salt) and our timer/brine hydraulic piece was broke he sold us a used old one for about 1/8 the cost of a new unit and fixed the switch.
