Terrible customer service used them for two addresses in Flagler estates, just after a hurricane they went to get two samples. They could only get one but still charged me for two because the other property had power knocked out from hurricane. The addresses were two streets apart they didn’t even make a special trip no reason to charge $300. Great job on capitalizing on a natural disaster!

My experience with this company was horrible. I went to them in early 2023 for a full house water filtration system. The only thing I received was the water test with no explanation of the results. Later in 2023, a local Deland plumber asked me to give them another chance, in which I did. They said they would send someone out and AGAIN NOTHING! They designed a system for my neighbor but nothing for me.
