I really enjoy coming to this spa. Theres something special and magical about it. Maybe its the ambience, the atmosphere (which smells terrific ) and the friendliness of staff but I really love it. I must put in a word about the Hair Tonic oil they make (crafted by them) that really works! I had hair thinning but it has reversed it and my hair is thick again - my scalp feels revived. It works! Also their soaps also crafted there are fabulous!
I have come here maybe 3 times for a massage and every time they’ve been incredible. The staff is amazing. The ambiance is perfect for getting into the relaxation mindset. I cannot recommend this business any more highly.
It’s my first time for facial with water roots. Had an amazing experience at water Roots Spa. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and professional. They took the time to assess my skin and thoroughly explained which facial would work best for me. The treatment was relaxing and very thorough, my skin feels rejuvenated and glowing. Highly recommend them for their expertise.
I started coming here 3 years ago and have been a loyal customer ever since. I have eczema and the only people I trust to give me facials in general are Cindy and Amanda. They know how to care for your skin in a way that's super personalized and unlike any other experience you will have I promise. I have been to many many spas but can honestly say Water Roots is my favourite. From the moment you enter you are captivated by the beautiful aromas and the friendly knowledgeable staff. They offer elevated Medspa services like OxyGeneo facials, RF tightening, laser, and microneedling and spa services like paraffin pedicures and decadent scalp massages. Many more services available but those are my favorites. Leaving here you will feel relaxed like you just came back from a vacation. Highly recommended
