Called twice and left messages to get my system serviced now it's leaking. Good system, but good luck getting them to help once the system is in. Looking into another company to come out and service my system.
Great system, great people. Called them the next night at 7:00 PM after a leak on a line going to the fridge. They answered and had people ready to come out to dry the next morning. If I had to buy a new system again I wouldn't hesitate to use WRI.
We have only had the system for about a week. So far we love it!

We have had the system for a couple weeks now and we have been nothing but impressed with the system. It has worked amazingly and we have noticed a big change in the amount of soap we use as well as the taste in our water. The staff who helped install the softner and filters were exceptional. They came in and fixed a leak under a sink that we hadn't even noticed. The sales and care team were great and helped us know exactly what we were getting out of this system. About a month ago, Colen came to our home to show us why we needed their water softening services. I have to admit, i was very skeptical never having need of one in the past. My husband was very committed and so we went for it. Colen mentioned it would be a few weeks before the water would really make a difference.
