I bought a lousy water softener from Menards four years ago and it has broken down twice. I contacted Dave and he was kind enough to walk me through some trouble shooting, but based on the symptoms, he recommended replacing it. I was dreading hearing the cost, but he gave me options of a new one or a rebuilt one. The new one was definitely less costly than other quotes I had received, but still not in my budget.
