Outstanding service by local company installing locally made pool heaters! Got the same Gulf Stream pool heater again after the first one lasted over 13 years! And the replacement was near instantaneous and they made the old one disappear! “All” at a very fair price! Great job by Jeff, Sue and Byron!
Yikes, Grandchildren arriving in 5 days. Flipped the pool heater switch and nothing... nada, zilch. Immediately searched Gulfstream Pool Heaters and Waterpure topped the list with their many 5-star reviews. Spoke with Jeff who assured me one could be in place within three days. 142000 btu heater was installed as promised (quick install) and pool water climbed from 67* to 88* in less than two days. Waterpure just replaced my pool heater yesterday. We have only lived here for a year so we have little familiarity with vendors for repairs such as this. I found Waterpure after much research and they met my quick replacement schedule, their office communication was excellent and their installers were superb. I would not even consider going anywhere else now if our pool heater ever fails which I doubt it will and if by some miracle it does fail I have no doubt they would take care of it right away.
