Fantastic service , fast, no hassle and the pump works great!
Desperately needed a fresh water pump for our boat, received excellent, immediate service, they were both friendly & knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!
Purchased 2 submersible pumps. Within a week of installing, both failed. Pumps operating shattered the plastic housing around the screws, allowing water ingress. Called seller twice leaving messages to rectify. No response. Do not buy this rubbish from this seller.
I have been a customer for nearly five years. Product is dispatched quickly. Staff are very helpful.
Pump is fine but you should not use Australia Post as they would not deliver it to our letterbox, which was big enough for the container. They charge you for delivery and then get the client to come and collect from the post office, in our case 50+ kms round trip. Their rural delivery service is not worth using.
