terrible customer service. Made a mistake shipping to the billing address instead of the ship to address. Paid extra for 2 day shipping. Refused to send a replacement overnight despite it being their error. Buried their head in the sand saying the ship to address had been corrected despite Fedex still saying it had not been updated. Poor attempts to correct ship to address. 4 phone calls later and still no attempts to make good their error. All resulted in the items missing the project timeframe.

We originally purchased a water pump, that was "in stock", on April 30th. We were told it would ship out a week later. A day after it was supposed to ship, we received an unexpected shipping delay email. I contacted them via their chat and was told it was delayed through the vendor ... confirming they are indeed a third part or middleman. I cancelled the order and it was cancelled within 3 days. I must be living on another planet by reading other peoples reviews. here is mine. I ordered a pump June 6/21 today is June 22/21 and I am still waiting. My problem is that they have shipped this pump the date it was odereded and have shipped bt Fed-Ex Fed-Ex has notified my on several ocations that this pump is on its way but I never see it.
