We have very hard well water Had a whole house filtration put in, as well as reverse osmosis for the kitchen sink. Installer was great, he took about 3 hours. He spent time with us after to explain everything. Water in kitchen tastes great and just ran a load of dishes and cleaner than ever with less soap. Can’t say enough how pleased we are with this company. Wish we would have done it sooner!
Paul and his team are top notch! First, very knowledgeable, we discussed quality of water, then discussed the different sized systems and what would work in a household of 4. Turns out we need a water softener as we're dealing with hard water. I found that out because there were iron stains in our toilets and sinks. Call, you will be thrilled. Paul and his team do a wonderful job, take their time, and share the facts. Thanks team!
This is the perfect place to get Water Softener supplies. I love that it's local and the owner is very responsive to any questions or concerns.
EDIT: Ranna actually did a terrible job. A year after installation we had a leak because she used a ZIP TIE for the drain pipe instead of properly drilling a hole into the drain pipe. The water filter she installed even came with the proper equipment to drill the hole properly but she disregarded that. Water Pros installed an RO filter for us and they did a great job. Ranna was the lead tech and was great! Very friendly staff and they got the job done quickly. I highly recommend!
