I have had a very good experince with Culligan. They're professional, they do what they say they will deliver, and they're kind and well spoken. Glad to support a buisness that isn't public and has great service! (might I add a family owned vibe)
Staff is friendly and helpful. The guys that deliver our salt are exceptional. Highly recommend this business for all your water purification needs.
Called about missed delivery and they set up annual service. I thought that the service team was going to bring the missed salt delivery. I called again and scheduled delivery for the next day. At the end of the day I called and they said it would take one more day. I asked if they could deliver it to the softener and call me back when they decided to come. I am still waiting for the call.
