I was looking forward to my Culligan Water softener and Smart RO system. Now, after installation and using it for a week, my entire Culligan Water system is FAR EXCEEDING my expectations. It's easy to get a water softener from a big box store. And I will admit, when you purchase a Culligan Water system you are paying a premium price. We have had the BEST customer service/technician service we have had from any company. I had emailed a service call request and within a couple of hours a technician was on site and even had a replacement unit with him so that there was no disruption to patient care. I highly recommend this company!
