Matt was thorough and answered all our questions which there were many. He took the time to double check everything. We are pleased to know that our water is safe for drinking and cooking. His knowledge with water systems is beneficial to the company for future sales.
Their delivery service is great. The people are friendly and helpful. Last but not least, my staff, and I love the great tasting cold water, and hot water for tea, etc., and the comfort of knowing the water is safe to drink.
We have had our water softener and water filtration system since 2013 and always had great service! Matt came yesterday to do our yearly check and he a pro! Called and let me know he was 10 minutes away, very polite, efficient, and obviously takes pride in his work. The ladies in the office are always so nice when I call in as well! 5 stars!!
