Well taken care of facility; You can tell the owners care about their unit and the renters experience. We would definitely return.

Waterpointe I at North Myrtle thru CondoWorld Room 703 3 stars because of the wonderful view but the room was disappointing. All the vents had condensation coming out even to the point it was dripping on the floor causing it to stay wet. The doors to the balcony were hard to shut and stay shut. The glass doors seemed to need a good cleaning due to lots of smudges (no this was not caused by us) The stove seemed to have a mind of its own… you can turn the eyes on but it never stayed hot. Room 306! Beware we all got Covid after leaving here, I personally did not leave the room because I am pregnant and the place has mold all over it, appears to be clean but sheets were not washed, old furniture.
