Always quick to schedule, fair priced, and very thorough in what a project needs. I have worked with WaterPlus multiple times now and can say they breathe a refreshing light into any projects I call for and the attention to detail and customer service is always superb!
I've waited too long to write this review in hopes the owners of the company would finish their work and then for fear of backlash when posting. Since it has now been 9 months without completion, I have given up. I've had calls, texts and emails go unanswered on an incomplete work agreement signed on 12/19/23 by Water Plus, when payment was rendered for work done in my home in Lebanon, TN. We were told each time a discussion was had, that they would make right by us and we would have our home back better than when they start... read more
