Nice place to visit. We were considering moving here as an option but after careful consideration, we think we'll pass. It is a very nice over 55 community but amenities are very limited for our liking. To play golf daily, you have to purchase an annual membership although there really are no HOA fees to speak of. Built on leased land, you own the home but not the land the home sits on. Instead, you rent the lot.
