Great experience! The team was highly professional, incredibly friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process.
Water Matrix came to my building for a sales event, and I became interested in one of the products they had in their temporary showroom. I decided to purchase it, and after a couple of weeks they contacted me to arrange an installation date. It has now been about two weeks since the installation, and everything is working very well. The price was very reasonable and a great deal for what was included.
Excellent experience with them! The installation was professional, on time, and completed with great attention to detail. The quality exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend their team.
I phoned water matrix this morning and Jesse researched and found a way that we could fix our old model H and H toilet with parts available at another store. Thank you Jesse! So much better for the environment than having to put our toilet to the dump.
