I’m terribly sorry but this has nothing to do with the company. My rating is in regards with customer service. I had two people that came today (my store) firstly I didn’t know that they were supposed to come today in spite of telling that it was their second attempt. How am I supposed to know that someone is coming from your company if no one is letting me know. Moe spent a long time trying to fix the toilet condensation. He replaced the toilet and did extensive research on finding solutions. He is professional, knowledgeable and caring. Very devoted. By far the best Matrix employee I have dealt with. He's a definite asset to any team. Connie
I just wanted to say that Mohammad did a fantastic job. The installation took a bit longer than expected because a part underneath my kitchen faucet broke, but he was able to fix it. He even went out to grab the part and came back to finish everything. I’m really happy with how everything turned out. He was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was working before he left. I had a problem with weak flushing in my Proficiency low flow toilet. Their customer service person responded quickly to my call and provided excellent advice. She sent an email with a how-to video and detailed instructions on troubleshooting and resolving the problem, which I then fixed in five minutes. Wonderful customer service!
