I ordered a toilet and a kitchen faucet at the water matrix display booth at my building lobby. The sales rep even came to my unit and took all dimensions to make sure the toilet would fit properly. One week later their installation team called and confirmed the appointment and were there right on time to install toilet and faucet. Five stars for customer service.
Water Matrix team came to my condo a few months back with an excellent promotion. I replaced my two toilets with their two-piece skirted model. Have been using these for past more than two months now and I must say I am very pleased with the super silent flush. Was skeptical initially if a 3 litre tank will clean properly... But it does a great job at that. Absolutely zero complaints. Highly recommend !
