We had Water Magic install a pool for us and the entire process was fantastic. From the first time we met with Josh he was punctual, professional and honest. His bid was right on and in fact way better than other quotes we had received. His communication through the project was excellent. The only delays were because of things outside of his control yet he remained flexible and worked with us to create the backyard of our dreams! We 100% recommend him to anyone who needs a pool.
Josh did not Comunicate the whole time he was doing our pool , he also tried to fill our 21,000 gallon pool from our well and when we confronted him and said that wouldn’t work he said he would hire a water truck company, he then filled our pool and didn’t pay that company ! They are now coming after me for payment and to top it off he says he won’t guarantee any of his work because he didn’t like how he was treated ! It took 4 mos it was supposed to take 6 weeks is what he said ! Do not use this company !!!! The worst expe... read more
