I’ve been to this spa a few times. Each time I picked a different masseuse, but they were never good. The only reason I came here is because it’s the closest spot to where I live. But every visit has been disappointing. The masseuses here simply don’t understand the human body. They don’t know the key pressure points that should be worked on. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the 90-minute deep tissue massage and hot stone session I received last Friday, conducted by Zoe. Before the session began, I clearly informed Zoe that I had significant pain in my shoulders and neck, and requested that the majority of the time be focused on those areas.
