I never post bad review for places, but this was ridiculous. I had an appointment at 1:30 and when I got there, there was a lady in front of me. The receptionist is helping her out and when she finally comes back to me, I give her my name and she can’t find me anywhere Which was odd because I got an email confirmation AND a text message reminding me of the appointment.
