The first star is for the person who gave me the massage Helen and for the place being nice clean. Second star is for the front desk lady (I forgot her name) who calmed me down for being pissed at Shiela who was by the way the rudest receptionist I ever met ; who booked me at 3:30pm instead of 4pm and told us when we got there that our service needs to be cut short for coming late. my facial was ok-idh and the massage was so basic. lots of moving the blanket around and pushing on me in random places. definitely not organized procedure or knowledge of pressure points

Love this place. The jacuzzi and steam room prep you for an amazing massage from your toes to your scalp. Receptionist very sweet and the masseuses work their magic. I’ll be back.
