Very professional service. Engineer was knowledgeable, thorough and kept me fully informed of findings. No complaints. What would be good , though, is a service that fixes your problem. A company that identifies issue then gets someone to rectify it.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Their super-polite, efficient plumber came to repair a leak in my flat. The water and heating system in our building is unusual and complicated; it had defeated a previous emergency plumber I’d called in. After numerous dramas and the arrival of an additional colleague, they finally got to the bottom of it. They had reassured me throughout that they would not leave until my leak had been stopped and were as good as their word. The job should’ve taken one plumber half a day ... read more

Ben was absolutely brilliant. He was professional and efficient, and worked really hard to help me even when we ran into difficulties while finding my leak. He also fixed it for me, all in one afternoon. The detailed Trace and Access report he wrote was exactly what I needed to get a payout from my insurance company, and Ben and the admin team were very helpful and patient when my insurance company needed the invoice to be done in a different way so that I could claim.
