Do not use this company. They detect something that they would like to be the issue and then charge you £540 for it regardless of whether it is or it isn't. In my case it wasn't; leak/dripping coming from inside a wall was still there as soon as it rained again after they'd left. Their diagnosis was that it was very likely to be an exterior window sill that was in need of some repair that they had blasted a hose at for well over half an hour with the result of no dripping sounds to be heard whatsoever coming from inside the ... read more

Very professional service. Engineer was knowledgeable, thorough and kept me fully informed of findings. No complaints. What would be good , though, is a service that fixes your problem. A company that identifies issue then gets someone to rectify it.
