Excellent service and very professional. The owner on knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy.
We had the best experience with the owner who came down to service our water softener. He was knowledgeable and explained each detail to us as we went along. I asked a lot of questions and he was so respectful in his answers and patiently answered each one so that I understood what to look for in a water softener, how to buy/rent if we decide too, etc. Very kind and patient and had great customer service. Even said to call if we had any more questions. I will be telling others if they need anything to call Water King.
Great service. Called at 9 and they were able to come at 12. Had the replacement part on hand and fixed the problem within the hour. Very reasonable labor charge.
Guy is a jerk! A puss. Had to wait to see kelly here to say anything bout drive way...Couldn't just talk to Cristy or me...and had to call landlord...
