I was a customer of Water, Inc. for 35 years. I write "was" because they have really done me dirty today. Technician Steve, who was scheduled to come to my house today (between 2-6pm) simply stuffed a piece of paper in the mail box and didn't bother to approach my door -- which was open and I was sitting 5 feet from it! Why didn't he say hello or knock? You'd have to ask him, but I expect it's because he stopped caring about honor and dignity, and didn't even approach the door. I used to be an avid Body Glove customer with three filters installed in different kitchens. One of the major reasons I purchased the product is due to the free recycling program offered for the larger filter cartridges. I just purchased a replacement filter and the "Free Recycling Program" no longer exists, even though all packaging states it on the filter I just purchased. When I called the company they said be sure to "throw away the cartridge into the trash bin as there is no longer a recycling program". So disappointing... read more

I don’t recall ever doing business with Water Inc before, and I never will. I received a catalog in the mail with their new pricing. I happened upon the 3MRO501 systems and called to check if they were in stock. I was kept on hold for too long and the woman on the phone was very unpleasant and short with me.
