I am a contractor, I installed this system in my brothers new home and he LOVES it. Had a slight problem (user error) with the RO system, I needed to some parts replaced and Water Inc. took care of me! Customer Service is outstanding! Everything was super fast and easy, special shout out to the wiser gentleman I met briefly and Gerret the warehouse. I look forward to the next project I get where I can push your system! Thank you Water Inc.
I placed an order but had to cancel it within the same business day. Customer service responded and said perhaps they could cancel the order. Weeks later I received neither the product nor the refund. I have made multiple phone calls and sent multiple messages to customer service and never gotten a response. It's been more than 6 weeks and spent over $300 on nothing.
Great customer service. Would like to thank Claudia for going out her way to reach out to me personally on water softener parts. We had issues with warranty and she was able to manage all transactions with the manufacturer.
I was a customer of Water, Inc. for 35 years. I write "was" because they have really done me dirty today. Technician Steve, who was scheduled to come to my house today (between 2-6pm) simply stuffed a piece of paper in the mail box and didn't bother to approach my door -- which was open and I was sitting 5 feet from it! Why didn't he say hello or knock? You'd have to ask him, but I expect it's because he stopped caring about honor and dignity, and didn't even approach the door. I used to be an avid Body Glove customer with three filters installed in different kitchens. One of the major reasons I purchased the product is due to the free recycling program offered for the larger filter cartridges. I just purchased a replacement filter and the "Free Recycling Program" no longer exists, even though all packaging states it on the filter I just purchased. When I called the company they said be sure to "throw away the cartridge into the trash bin as there is no longer a recycling program". So disappointing... read more
