Terrible service since changing their payment system- continually skipping drafts on auto-pay and actually disconnect my water while on auto pay with NO returned drafts. Paid bill and now can’t reach anyone to have it turned back on- incredible!!!!
Been calling. Left vm . And nothing!! No one ever answers. Didn’t get new acct #. How am I supposed to pay !! And yes i work and not locally. This is so frustrating!!!
They are the worst. No customer service. You call but nobody ever answers the phone. You leave a message for Kayla Cardinale, you never get a call back. If you make the trip and go to the city hall, they will act very dismissive and treat you rudely. They charge drainage fee even though we are on a septic system. In essence whether you are using their sewer or not, you are paying. I wish if there was another way to get water, and utilities. They know that they are the only way and they are using and misusing that power again... read more
Wish I could give lower. And from what I saw on reviews they don't care anyway. Made arrangements on my bill and water was still shut off. After going over to office twice and being told water would be back on between 5-9. Water is still off. Now I have to wait until tomorrow morning. This is ... I'm speechless!!! Worst service ever!!!
This is the most ridiculous excuse for a city water service ever, and let's not EVEN begin to talk about their rates, why a city 1/4 the size of Arlington is charging DOUBLE what Arlington does,... if you try to call these people you can NEVER get a person to talk to you... they will shut your water off, regardless of whose fault it is, when you try to talk to them all you EVER GET is an answering machine and nobody EVER calls you back.
