Any truck on the road with the Mansfield logo is a red flag, be safe driving around these guys. Especially Mansfield Water Utilities vehicles. They never use turn signals and will drive dangerously knowing they wont get in trouble by Mansfield PD.
Maybe hire people who don’t drive carelessly? This truck was cutting through the parking lot speeding and once he saw me in the right of way, he doubled down and continued with his reckless driving.
Inept. Took months to figure out my bill. Shutoff notices wont be sent if their system isnt updating. I cannot believe the lack of forethought the city displayed switching and leaving the residents hanging for almost a year. Now, your pay for any overages when the reading is skipped. like a $400 prepaid penalty.
Unprofessional all around. My auto-pay was enabled and was working just fine for years and then all the sudden they cut my water without any written notices or contact. Calling their customer service is like talking to infants. Incoherent and full of attitude when all I want is for my water to be restored so my family with medical emergencies can be cared for.
