Jim and his son go out of their way for the customer! He was able to come out the day after I noticed the water leak and replace the tank. He was quick to respond, let me know he was on his way, and finished earlier than the time frame given. He made sure I understood everything and gave advice on best ways to care for the unit. Jim and his son are real professionals doing real professional work - they not only made sure that the unit was properly installed with care, but went even further and installed new lines / pipes for us as well, free of charge. Jim and his son were a pleasure and highly professional. Our appointment was scheduled only 2 days in advance, and they replaced our old water heater in less than 2 hours. He even replaced some pipes and valves free of charge. Very reasonably priced as well for the high quality of service received. Highly recommend supporting them as a local business instead of a big name company who'll likely charge too much and provide an inferior product.
