Jim and his son were a pleasure and highly professional. Our appointment was scheduled only 2 days in advance, and they replaced our old water heater in less than 2 hours. He even replaced some pipes and valves free of charge. Very reasonably priced as well for the high quality of service received. Highly recommend supporting them as a local business instead of a big name company who'll likely charge too much and provide an inferior product.
11/14/25 Update: Needed another water heater installed and went straight to Jim. My original glowing review from more than 9 years ago applies every bit to Jim and his son today. Thank you very much! I just had Jim come out to replace our water heater after a friend spoke very highly of him. I really appreciate how up-front he is and I was able to get hot water back in our house quickly. Other quotes I was getting was nearly triple the price and/or there was some kind of run around with pricing and "discounts." I think he gave me a very fair and transparent price and did honest quality work. I wish more businesses ran the way Jim runs his.
This is absolutely the best deal in the valley and it was a better experience than I ever could've hoped for. Jim is fantastic, communicative, friendly, and did a fantastic job.
You'll be VERY hard pressed to find better pricing for a water heater installed than WaterHeaters4Less. Jim is an absolute professional. Everything you need to know is clearly stated on his website.
