Ronald replaced our hot water heater. He never asked me to leave a review, yet I'm compelled to do so after the excellent job he did. The process was flawless; he covered my floors from entrance to installation site, he had the hassle of removing my dryer and doors from the tiny space it resides in, but it was no problem for him, he left the area spotless and gave us a professional looking installation with no issues. Great experience with Ron at water replaced NJ. Found Ron through multiple reviews I read on line. Couldn’t find one negative review and after dealing with him directly it is clear why. Ron was professional, prompt and did a top notch job replacing my hot water heater. My wife and I are so grateful we found Ron and his company. Very responsive, prompt, thorough, reasonably priced, and a brand new water heater, connections, drain pan, necessary permitting, and disposal of the old tank.
