Ronald replaced our hot water heater. He never asked me to leave a review, yet I'm compelled to do so after the excellent job he did. The process was flawless; he covered my floors from entrance to installation site, he had the hassle of removing my dryer and doors from the tiny space it resides in, but it was no problem for him, he left the area spotless and gave us a professional looking installation with no issues.
