Came home from work one day to my laundry room saturated with water- turns out our water heater was on its last leg. Ace from Water Heater Pros was able to get a team out to the house in less than 24 hours and to top that off, we’re at my house for less than an hour. $1899!! My hot water tank was old, 20 years...I didn't know when it would go but in hindsight I should have changed it years ago, it ruptured! I scrambled to find a company to change it out. Phenomenal service. Since the beginning they were very upfront about pricing no gimmicks or surprises with pricing! It was also way more affordable then what a popular big box retailer was charging me for a water heater replacement ! The techs were professional, quick and efficient they educated me on my new water heater replacement as well. We will continue to reccomended them!
Ace is straighforward and all business and I like that. Kevin and Tom arrived on time and pulled out the old broken water filtration system giving my wife and I problems. Ace and I have had several conversations about a previously purchased Rheem water heater and a gas line and pilot light issue. resolved quickly and over the phone with ACE on a Sunday evening. There is a reason WHPs have a 5.0 rating. WHP continues to earn that rating and deserves that rating.
**Call these guys, not a plumbing company** Just passed inspection on my new water heater today. I got a better quality water heater, installed at half the price in 1/5th the time! Every other plumbing company was quoting me $3-5k on a 4-6 hr install for a cheaper water heater. Because they offer a flat rate charge, they don’t mess around on install…I’ll never use a standard plumbing company for a water heater again!
