Solid company that replaced our water heater. Their pricing was fair and transparent. Quality service and parts, no cheap junk. They came out the next day, replaced the unit in less than an hour. They were clean, detailed about the product, maintenance, and expectations. Would definitely recommend for a no nonsense, competent, and efficient business.
Could not be happier with Ace and his team. They replaced our water heater the next morning after accepting their quote and they did it flawlessly, quickly and were extremely kind. They are by far the most affordable and reasonably priced company in the springs and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their water heater replaced.
My old (22 yrs) water heater went out last night so I called Water Heater Pros this morning and Ace said they would be over as soon as they finished the job they were on. In just over an hour Kevin and Tom arrived and began disconnecting the old and preparing for the new water heater with Ace arriving soon after. If you need water heater repair/replacement, I cannot speak highly enough of Water Heater Pros. Ace and Kevin were fast, courteous, and knowledgeable and had my decrepit and crumbling water heater replaced within 30-40 minutes, making no mess (the water marks were from the old unit, not from them.) They were also SO kind when I realized I hadn’t warned them about the basement crawl space (it is covered redneck-style with that lovely plywood) and needed the expansion tank rotated. These guys are amazing! Called at 7:30 am had a new water heater paid for and installed before 1:15 pm. Extermly clean, friendly, and professional. Price is what they say it will be on the website with no up selling. Great experience all around!
